Senior Financial Analyst (Collection)** Remote Work**

Principais responsabilidades

  • Contact clients with late bills, run collection calls, and build recovery plans in both Brazil and the United States.

  • Review aging reports, spot trends, and forecast cash flow.

  • Analyze financial data and create reports.

  • Fix billing errors, clear short payments, and issue credit notes.

  • Perform overdue analysis and propose bad debt adjustments according to the Company's policy.

  • Track customer transactions to ensure proper entries or adjustments in the company’s ERP systems.

  • Execute comprehensive debt recovery strategies.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivables and collections reports.

  • Train junior staff, guide daily workflows, and assist managers with tough accounts.

  • Monitor KPIs such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and recovery rates.

Requisitos técnicos

MUST HAVE:

  • Hands-on & Proactivity (attitude is a must!)

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas.

  • Experience issuing invoices and tax receipts.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.

  • Hands-on profile for closing turnover periods.

  • Strong results orientation and deadline compliance.

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive and autonomous in task execution.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Experience with financial systems such as Netsuite or similar.

  • USA Bank operations knowledge.

  • Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).

  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
